The kinds of projects we take on
Kitchen remodels
Full kitchen renovations including layout changes, custom or semi-custom cabinetry, stone or quartz countertops, new flooring, updated lighting, and appliance upgrades. Projects range from refresh-scope to gut renovations that reconfigure how the kitchen connects to adjacent spaces.
Bathroom renovations
Primary and secondary baths, including walk-in and curbless showers, custom tile work, freestanding tubs, double vanities, and full plumbing reroutes. We handle the waterproofing, subfloor prep, and ventilation work that a long-lasting bathroom build requires.
Basement finishing
Finished lower levels built out as family rooms, home theaters, guest suites, home offices, wet bars, or combinations of these. We address moisture and code considerations up front — egress, ceiling height, drainage, and insulation — so the finished space performs the way a main-level room does.
Attic conversions
Unfinished attics turned into bedrooms, offices, playrooms, or primary suites. Most conversions involve stairs, dormers, egress, HVAC extension, and insulation upgrades. We evaluate feasibility (headroom, floor structure, roof structure) during the initial consultation.
Whole-home renovations
Large-scope projects that touch multiple rooms or the entire house at once. These often involve layout changes, structural modifications, new systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), and coordinated design and finish choices across every room.
Home additions
Single-story bump-outs, full two-story side and rear additions, and second-story add-ups. We coordinate zoning compliance, structural engineering, foundation work, and seamless integration with existing rooflines, siding, and interior finishes so the addition reads as part of the original home.
Siding and exterior envelope
Full siding replacement with James Hardie fiber-cement, cedar shake, vinyl, or LP SmartSide, paired with new trim, soffits, fascia, and gutters. We address the underlying weather barrier, insulation, and flashing details that determine whether new siding lasts 30 years or fails early.
Decks and outdoor living
New decks and full deck rebuilds in Trex composite, AZEK PVC, or premium hardwood, including pergolas, screened porches, three-season rooms, low-voltage lighting, and code-compliant railings. We pull the structural permits and tie everything cleanly into the existing house.
Before and after transformations
Older homes across Greater Boston and MetroWest often carry decades of partial updates. We bring cohesion to homes that have been renovated piecemeal, updating finishes, reworking awkward layouts, and addressing deferred maintenance in one coordinated project.
